Shipping and Order Turnaround Times

What's the minimum order quantity?

How long does it take to get my order?

Please keep in mind that our production time may average over 10 business days due to high demand, although your order may get done faster. Production times do not include shipping times (1 - 7 business days depending on your location). Orders of over 500 units will require a few extra days to get setup and produced.

How will my boxes be shipped?

We ship the boxes flat using stretch film and usually ship them regular ground using FedEx, UPS or LTL depending on the location, delivery speed and size of the order.

What's your free shipping policy?

We currently do not offer free shipping.

I chose expedited shipping. When should I expect my order?

Please note that shipping times only account for transit times and do not include order production times. Our order production times currently average over 10 business days before they are ready to ship due to high demand.

Where's my order? Tracking info?

You will get an automated email once your package(s) have shipped. If you only gave your phone number during checkout, we can't send tracking numbers via SMS texts. Please send us an email to get more information at: hello@brandablebox.io.

Premium Custom Shipping Boxes

What's the process for premium custom boxes?

It starts when you upload a design. Have an idea of what you're looking for in a custom printed shipping box but not sure how to start? We'll work with you to achieve your perfect design, just send us what you have.

• Minimum order quantity starts at 250 boxes. For flood coating, minimum order quantity starts at 1,000 boxes.
• After you upload your design, we'll revise your design with you. We'll send you a proof. Free box sample provided upon request.
• After you approve your artwork, we'll begin production. Unhappy with your design and don't want to proceed? We'll offer a refund prior to printing.
• Production times average 10 business days after artwork is approved. Shipping times are separate from production times.

How long does it take to get my packing paper, packing tape or stretch wrap?

If you ordered packing paper, packing tape or stretch wrap, your order should ship before your custom boxes, as they do not require customization.

Your bubble mailers should ship before your custom boxes, as they do not require customization.

Plain Boxes

How long does it take to get my plain boxes?

Your plain shipping boxes should ship before your custom boxes, as they do not require customization.

Logo Design, Color and Size

Can I change the design (size, color, etc)?

To keep this process simple and easy for your team and our team, we only offer the customization options listed on each product page. Keep your eyes peeled as we have more upgrades coming soon!

Can I get a proof?

For regular orders, we do not offer proofs at this time.

Will my logo look good on brown boxes? Will you have white boxes soon?

If your brand uses a light or pastel-colored logo, you should likely choose a solid black logo for the brown boxes or upgrade to our white boxes to make sure the colors in your logo look best.

Can you provide logo dimensions for the small and large logo?

Since each logo is different, we do not provide specific logo dimensions for our small and large logo options. We tend to follow a ratio instead of exact dimensions.

We only print within the dieline, so if your file is bigger, we resize it to fit within those dielines. While resizing, we make sure the resolution and the shape stay the same. We recommend your artwork be at least 300 pixels by inch or 300 dpi.

What will my design look like on the box?

The better image quality you send us, the better it will look. Smaller boxes, smaller logos with higher resolution with dark colors will look better on kraft brown boxes. Whatever you get should be better than a plain brown box, right?

Why do you print logos on adjacent sides of the box? Why does it cost more to print on all 4 sides?

Our team prints logos on adjoining sides because it takes twice as long to flip the pre-cut, folded and glued box and print on the opposite side. This process helps you all receive your custom boxes much faster, and keeps the costs as low as possible. Since this is the most time consuming and manual part of the process, it has the highest cost for that particular upgrade.

If I pick two sides of the box to place my logo on, which sides of the box are they?

The standard two-sided logo print is on two adjoining sides of the box (the sides right next to each other on your box).

I have white in my logo. What will that look on my boxes?

Is your logo white or include white elements? Our printing process cannot support spot-color applications for white ink on kraft brown boxes at this time. White elements on your logo will not print onto your brown box, but instead show as the cardboard color. White registers with our 4-color printer as zero values and so the printer does not use any ink in that space. Read more here.

We also offer mottle white boxes that will show off the white elements in your logo. However, please note that if your logo is all white, it may not print clearly on a mottled white background.

Do I need to upload a black logo if I select black as my option during checkout?

Yes, you will need to give us a black logo. If you give us a color logo and select black as the printing option it will print gray-scale.

Can I print other companies' designs or logos (e.g. Nike)?

No, you should only print logos and designs that you own the right to use.

Does it have to be just a logo?

The simpler the design, the better the quality of printing. However, technically you can upload any design you want as long as it fits within the required logo dimensions. We suggest you place a test order of 50 boxes to see how they turn out first.

Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will NOT upload any artwork files consisting of the following material: offensive, indecent or improper material, any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable. We will refuse an order, which in our opinion may be illegal in nature or an infringement on the rights of any third party. You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and under your instructions. We reserve the right to refuse an order without disclosing a reason.

All artwork, designs and images must be provided in minimum of 300 DPI and CMYK color mode. Brandable Box (and our affiliations) are NOT RESPONSIBLE for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to low resolution artwork provided by the customer, especially if it is approved by the customer already. Boxes: Color, Sizes and Types Offered

What is 32 ECT?

Our boxes are 32 ECT, which stands for Edge Crush Test. This test was developed to find out how much pressure or weight a corrugated cardboard box could withstand before getting crushed. 32 ECT became the standard quality for shipping boxes and can hold up to 40 lbs.

What is mottled white?

Mottled white is an uncoated, slightly off-white color used for cardboard sheets. Since it's only applied to the outside of the shipping box, this white will have kraft-brown undertones. It is great for printing as colors appear truer and brighter. Mottled white cardboard is most commonly used on pizza boxes, USPS flat rate boxes and cake boards.

Why do you only have the box sizes you have? Can I get a different size?

It keeps the ordering process simple, and it allows us to order truckload quantities to give you pricing only the largest companies typically get.

Price Match Guarantee

How do I request a price match from Brandable Box?

When making a purchase, or during the return and exchange period, price match requests from Brandable Box are handled via email. Please email hello@brandablebox.io for a Brandable Box price match request. Please tell us about the lower price that is still in effect that you want Brandable Box to price match. Brandable Box will then review and verify the price match request. A price match request after a purchase from Brandable Box can be requested either by the person to whom the product was shipped, or by the person who was billed for the purchase.

How do I show "proof" of price?

The best way to show proof of price is to notify us of the website address of the designated major online retailer. We may check the website address of the designated major online retailer to verify the lower price and availability of the item.

Are competitors' services eligible for price matching?

No. Due to the differences in services being performed, Brandable Box does not match competitors' service prices.

How does your price match policy apply to pre-orders and backorders?

It will not apply in these situations.

How does your price match policy cover an item scheduled for delivery from Brandable Box?

If the price of an item drops at Brandable Box at any time before its scheduled delivery date, we will refund 100% of the difference, including tax.

What if the competitor does not have the item in stock or has limited quantities of the product?

Sometimes a qualifying competitor will advertise a product in ads and on its website as having limited quantities in stock. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has advertised as limited quantities of an item, it is not eligible for price matching. Likewise, if Brandable Box has a product that is advertised as being limited in quantity it will not be eligible for price matching.

Is the price match policy different Internationally?

Only applies to domestic (lower 48) pricing at this time.

Does Brandable Box price match "free gift with purchase" offers?

No. Brandable Box does not price match "free gift with purchase" orders. This includes free gift card with purchase offers.

Does Brandable Box price match offers with financing?

Brandable Box does not match competitors' financing offers. Brandable Box also does not price match to a competitors' price that can only be received when using the competitor's credit card.

Does Brandable Box match competitors' trade-in value and offers on trade-in products?

No. Brandable Box does not match our competitors' trade-in value and offers on trade-in products.

How does the Price Match Guarantee apply to coupons?

Brandable Box does not match competitors' coupons. Also, customers can either use a coupon or price match to a lower price, but not both. Brandable Box does not allow a coupon to be used on a product that has a price match guarantee.

Did you do a competitive price analysis?
