Who we are
Brandable Box is dedicated to helping businesses of any size get access to custom packaging easily and affordably. Your business is more than just your product. We currently offer ten simple box sizes and an easy logo upload tool to help you get started on custom shipping boxes. In less than five clicks, you'll be able to receive custom boxes that will delight your customers. Skip the complicated parts of packaging.
Brandable Box is a division of Pratt Industries — America's 5th largest corrugated packaging company. They handle the box-manufacturing process in-house, which helps us save on sourcing and operations. We then pass these savings on to you. Meet the team
Derick Jaros, GM Ecommerce: Derick is Brandable Box's general manager. A fanatic about creating a community through a superior audience experience, he earned an MBA at Emory University and worked for years at Home Depot. He’s lived in Atlanta since 2003 with his wife, two kids and “a Carolina dog named Dakota.” He enjoys visits from his mother-in-law, who owns a small brownie company. He also enjoys watching documentaries about the planet and sustainability, and thinking of new ways to help the environment.
Amanda Pharis, Graphic Designer: Amanda is Brandable Box's graphic designer, illustrator and heads up our website design ideation and strategy. She earned her BFA in Graphic and Web Design from AI Atlanta, stemming from a lifelong passion for neat design, photography and good illustration. She is obsessive over details, a bit of a font-fanatic and never shies from new challenges and opportunities. Amanda is also an avid long-distance backpacker with a very cute dog, Juno.
Elisabeth Schrock, Senior Marketing Analyst: Elisabeth is Brandable Box's E-Commerce Marketing Analyst and SEO guru. A graduate of Duquesne University, she studied integrated marketing communications. Born and raised in Georgia, she vows that you can take the girl out of the South, but you can’t take the South out of the girl.
Brooke Shepherd, Junior Front-End Developer: Brooke is Brandable Box's Front-End Developer who heads up all things technical for the website. When she's not in the office, you can find her outside with her German-shepherd mix, Scout, hiking, or planning her next trip.
Olivia Hehir, Digital Analytics and Operations: Olivia is a senior at Georgia Tech. She’s studying Business Administration: Operations and Supply Chain and a minor in Data Analytics. In her free time, she enjoys running, art and baking.
James Vice, Full-Stack Developer: James is Brandable Box's Full Stack Developer. It has always been his passion to help develop software since his first IBM desktop computer back in 1995. Recently graduated from Kennesaw State University with a BS in Computer Science, James spends much of his time learning new technologies as well as reading too many books. He also enjoys hiking because he thinks nature is pretty neat. He also plays too many video games.
Janice Ng, Associate Editor: Janice is Brandable Box’s associate editor. She handles all things content and works closely with the rest of the team to bring words to life. She graduated from Lipscomb University in Nashville with a bachelor’s in journalism and new media. In her previous roles, she crafted messaging for Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee and Instacart. Catch her away from the office with an e-book in hand or at one of Atlanta’s many international food markets.
Sadie Nash, Account Specialist: She graduated from Kennesaw State University with a bachelor’s in public relations. She has worked for Pratt Industries for almost 2 years helping with the Creative Team and Customer Service. In her previous role, she was a dance teacher and marketing assistant for Georgia Academy of Dance & Performing Arts. Away from the office, you can catch her taking dance classes or spending time with her family.
