Refund Policy
Regular Orders
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days and only applies to manufacturing or delivery defects and issues.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, please send us a photo of your item. Each item for which you are requesting a refund must be photographed for our records.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Excluded from returns are gift cards and downloadable software products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with your order number. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you've completed the above steps and received approval from us, but you have yet to see your refund, please check your bank account before contacting us. Then, contact your credit card company. Refund processing times vary from bank to bank.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please send us an email at djaros@prattindustries.com and mail your item to: Brandable Box, 3423 Piedmont Rd NE, Atlanta GA 30305, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
We are only able to issue refunds to the original method of payment. If you received a gift purchased by someone, but would like to return it, the refund will be applied to the gift-giver's method of payment.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you've exchanged an item, shipping times for your exchanged item may vary depending on your location within the United States.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
