Want to check on how long it will take to get your order?

Our estimated production times average 15-20 business days for custom boxes. FedEx has notified us of pick-up delays at our location as well as nationwide shipping delays due to high volume. We are working towards a shipping solution with FedEx, but we can estimate an additional 10 business days after production to get orders shipped.

Accessories, mailers and plain boxes will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days, plus estimated 10 business days for shipping.

Shipping times come after production (or fulfillment) times and is fulfilled by FedEx.

You will get an automated email with tracking information only when your package(s) have shipped. Please note that your packages may ship separately if you ordered several items or several cases of one item. If you only received part of your order, the rest of your order will be on its way! You'll receive a separate shipping notification with another tracking number.

We currently ship to the lower 48 contiguous states within the United States. We’re not able to ship to Hawaii or Alaska at this time.

Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on a couple things:

• The weight of your order.
• Your location.
  

We use the shipping rates provided to us by FedEx.

At this time, we’re not able to offer discounts on shipping and we use the full rates provided to us by FedEx. We currently do not offer free shipping.

We ship custom boxes, plain boxes, accessories and mailers using FedEx Ground or FedEx Freight depending on the size of your order. 

All items will be shipped flat in order to save on space and shipping costs.

We believe in simplicity, so we listed all our prices up front—no more long and complicated quote process. We've even listed prices for customization selections and printing options.

• For custom boxes, premium custom boxes, custom pizza boxes: Production times currently average 15-20 business days. Please keep in mind that production times do not include shipping times. FedEx has notified us of pick-up delays at our location as well as nationwide shipping delays due to high volume and their current shipping capacity. We are working towards a shipping solution with FedEx, but we can estimate an additional 10 business days after production to get orders shipped. Orders of over 500 units will require a few extra days to get set up and produced.

• For plain boxes, mailers and accessories: Order fulfillment times currently average 1-3 business days. FedEx has notified us of pick-up delays at our location as well as nationwide shipping delays due to high volume and their current shipping capacity. We are working towards a shipping solution with FedEx, but we can estimate an additional 10 business days after production to get orders shipped. Orders of over 500 units will require a few extra days to get set up and produced.

• For in-stock custom boxes, our minimum order quantity starts at 50 units (2 cases of 25 units each). This helps us keep some of the lowest prices on the market since we don’t charge print plate fees. Most companies that do charge print plate fees start their minimums at 2,000 units.

• For custom pizza boxes, our minimum order quantity starts at 50 units (2 cases).

• For Premium Custom Boxes, our minimum order quantity starts at 250 units.

• For plain shipping boxes, our minimum order quantity starts at 25 units (1 case).

For in-stock custom boxes and custom pizza boxes: Choose your box size, then upload your logo by clicking on the “Upload File” button on the product page.

Choose your logo file. Remember that png, pdf, ai, or eps files of at least 300dpi print best. And remember that white ink does not print at this time and will show as the box color.

For Premium Custom Boxes: Choose your box material (kraft or white), choose your box size (all available sizes listed on product page), download our design template, then follow the prompts to upload your design.

For plain boxes, mailers and accessories: Choose your product, then checkout!

We offer discounts based on purchase amount.

We're unfortunately unable to provide free shipping or shipping discounts at the moment.

The following change can be made within 1-2 days after your order is placed:

• Replacing an artwork file

Email hello@brandablebox.io with your updated logo or artwork file and we can replace it for you. Please note that this may add extra time to your order production.

Other changes will require us to cancel the order so you can submit a new order with the correct details:

• Changing the box size

• Changing the number of printed sides (1, 2 adjacent, 4)

• Changing the order quantity

• Changing the shipping address

At this time, if your order is not for our premium custom boxes, we are not able to support more than 1 design on 1 box. We print the same logo or design file on each elected side of your box (1, 2 adjacent, 2 opposite, 4).

For premium custom boxes, we’ll work with the design you upload, so if you’d like to include multiple elements, feel free to do so, within our logo guidelines.

At this time, we don’t support an account system that saves your order and allows an easy reordering. We also don’t currently save the design files for your orders.

We know this is a feature several of you have requested, so we are working on it!

We have a 4-step process for ordering our Premium Custom Boxes. Follow each step below. We've included a link to our design templates below.

Step 1: Choose your shipping box

Choose from the available sizes, and then select your box color preference — kraft, or white.

Step 2: Upload your artwork

Upload your artwork before checkout. Laying your artwork on a template and including it in a zipped file is the best way to help us with creating your box design. You can find our templates here.

Be sure to include the following elements in your zipped file:

All graphics included in your design — logo files, decorative elements, social media icons, QR codes, etc.

• Design files, if available
• Font files or outline text layers.
• Template layout of box design

Step 3: Create your custom box

Once you've uploaded your artwork and checked out, our designers will be in touch with you to start the proofing process. Please allow our designers 2 business days to submit your initial proof for approval. Orders placed after 4 pm each day will count towards the next business day. Don't like your first proof? No worries! Send us your feedback through a provided link and our designers will work with you to get the most of your graphics and box design. At this time, we are able to support up to two revisions.

Step 4: Start printing

Artwork approved? It's time to start printing! Due to current demand, once your artwork has been approved, we have a 10-day lead time for production. Lead time does not include shipping time.

Since each logo is different, we do not provide specific logo dimensions for our small and large logo options. We tend to follow a ratio instead of exact dimensions.

We only print within the ratios shown on our dieline, so if your file is bigger, we resize it to fit within those dielines. While resizing, we make sure the resolution and the shape stay the same.

We recommend your artwork be at least 300 dpi.

This depends on the options you choose. At this time, you have the option to choose between 1 side, 2 adjacent (joining sides), 2 opposite or 4-sided printing.

Our boxes come in two colors: kraft brown and mottled white.

Our printer is a 4-color printer and can support all colors at this time, except white. If your brand uses a light or pastel-colored logo, we recommend uploading a solid black logo for our kraft brown boxes or upgrade to our white boxes to make sure the colors in your logo look best. 

Please note: our printers currently do not support white ink. If you have white ink in your logo, that portion of your logo will not print. Instead, it will show as negative space and the color of the box will show.

Is your logo white or include white elements? Our printer cannot support spot-color applications for white ink at this time. White elements in your logo will not print onto your box, but instead show as the cardboard color. White registers with our 4-color printer as zero values and so the printer does not use any ink in that space. 

• If you choose the black logo option, please make sure the logo you’re uploading is black. We do not offer color-correction at this time. 

• If you choose the color logo option, please make sure your logo is the color you want it to print. We do not offer color-correction at this time.

We take the following files types:

• jpg

• png

• pdf

• ai

• eps

Please do not upload a word document or just a photo of your artwork at this time as this will not print well on your boxes.
